Diversity Photos and its affiliates, contractors, or assignees (hereafter referred to collectively as “Diversity Photos”) are committed to maintaining the privacy of personal information that you provide to us when using the Diversity Photos website (hereafter referred to collectively as the “Website”). This Privacy Policy does not apply to any personal information received by Diversity Photos in connection with any other agreement you may enter into with Diversity Photos not a part of this Website.

TYPE OF INFORMATION COLLECTED

When you visit this Website, we may collect certain non-personal information such as your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, CPU speed, website usage information, operating system, and other environmental variables. This type of information does not identify you personally. The Website and our advertising company may also use Web beacons (invisible images often referred to as pixel tags or clear GIFs) to note which Website pages you visit after viewing our ads. Our Web site includes Social Media Features, such as Facebook, Instagram or other Widgets, such as the Share button or interactive mini-programs that run on our site. If substantially all of Diversity Photos assets are sold or merged with another company, Diversity Photos will notify you of the transaction. The acquiring company will be given access to your personal information without your consent. If Diversity Photos sells only a part of its business, the acquiring entity will have access to your personal information without your consent and Diversity Photos may send you a notice regarding this sale.
